Greetings! Welcome to Chef's Creations LLC by Executive Chef Collins Where Indulgence Is Served!

I am an Entrepreneur, Cookbook Author, and Executive Chef that specializes in Full-Service Event Catering, Private Chef Services, Traveling Chef Services, and Personal Cannabis Chef Services to the elite of Dallas, Austin, Houston, Texas and surrounding USA areas. 


Born and raised in Houston, Texas my roots extend back to Southern Louisiana farm families where I developed a love for farm-to-table foods. Herb Chef Collins was created 5/2019 with the goal of educating consumers and the public about Culinary Cannabis and healthy ways to incorporate herb products into everyday life. Professionally trained by Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and ACF American Culinary Federation College, Executive Chef Collins has cooked with several of Dallas renowned Restaurant Chefs, Retired Sports Athletes, Corporate CEO's, A-list Celebrities, and has appeared on ION TV Network with a season running commercial. Currently Chef Collins is the "Certified Cannabis Chef" for Athletes in Cannabis Organization with Owner Reginald "Reggie" Grant.  

*In 2018 Chef Collins's life was forever changed when she was introduced to CBD for Chronic Back Pain after a motor vehicle accident in October 2014. With an appetite for knowledge, Chef Collins learned to combine food and Hemp Rich-CBD in creative ways that are both nutritious and helpful to alleviate health issues. 

With the passing of the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill that made Hemp Rich CBD Legal for Supplemental Use, Medical Studies Show that Cooking with CBD for Health & Wellness has been extremely beneficial for Retired Professional Athletes and Disabled Veterans.  As CBD legalization marches forward the Hemp Plant continues to be recognized for its numerous benefits.

CEO - Cynthia Sledge

With over 30 years of experience in Business Administration and emphasis in project management, brand development, marketing, and advertisement, this vibrant Hospitality Specialist, Cynthia Sledge has taken Concierge service to the next level. 

Co-Owner Ms.  Sledge is the “subject-matter-expert of client-relation.” She is the liaison between the vendors and clients, ensuring our customer on-boarding experiences are filled with positive customer service while improving overall satisfaction.

Texas A&M Commerce Alumni and valued employee at several  Fortune 500 companies, Ms. Sledge has learned the importance of strong business ethics and dedication to making customers and vendors satisfied. Ms. Sledge is TABC licensed, and a Wine Connoisseur for all Special Events held in Private Homes and Event Venues.

With Chef’s Creations Catering LLC, her love for entertainment and passion for food has exceeded expectations and shined through by organizing small intimate socials as well as large galas and banquets.

Research Scientist - Donna P Henry

Donna P. Henry is a technology innovator, entrepreneur, and consultant with over 30 years experience, and the owner of NutraGenecs / TechniChef.  NutraGenecs and TechniChef are both privately held companies focused on developing and commercializing novel products for the Supplement, Pharmaceutical, Over the Counter Drugs, Health/Personal care, Beverage & Food Industries.

Also Global Health Ingredients (GHI) and CBDeazers companies are Industrial Hemp / Cannabinoid research and novel product companies, with focus on industrial food & supplement ingredients and retail products to meet legal standards with functional/ physiological effects that is based on over 15 years of research by Donna.

Within all areas has an educational background from Texas A&M and Texas Woman’s University in Food Science, Nutrition, Cosmetic/Biological Science, Sensory Science, Process Engineer, USDA/FDA Food Law, Certified Auditor, and Certified Processing Agent. Also design and implementation of a quality system in compliance with requirements of 3rd party audits to comply with AIB, SQF, GFSI, or ISO audit criteria.

With a philosophy of science through nature allows development with partners of Natural functional supplement products through functional biological effects. Donna has developed a range of highly

innovative – nutrient systems. In addition an author of 5 patents on dietary supplements, food products, and engineering processes with careful consideration of  various research areas of human and product physiology.
